Who we are.

We are a local law practice located in downtown Marion in the Griffith Building at 68 South Main Street, Suite 210. We mainly focus upon criminal and family law matters in McDowell and Mitchell Counties, but we are a full service general law practice available to assist clients anywhere in North Carolina, not only in criminal and family law, but also in other civil matters including drafting wills, personal injury, car accidents, property damage, landlord/tenant disputes, negligence, and intentional torts such as assault/battery, trespass to personal or real property, emotional distress, libel/slander. For clients with mobility concerns.

We are located on the 2nd floor of the Griffith Building, and currently the only access to our office is via a stairway. If you need assistance climbing steps or are unable to climb, please bring this to our attention immediately so that we can make appropriate arrangements to accommodate your needs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create for you in advance and we are currently working toward a solution to make our office more easily handicap accessible.
